COVID-19 Erişkin Hasta Yönetimi

Koronavirüs hastalığı (COVID-19), yeni ortaya çıkan koronavirüsün (SARS-CoV-2) sebep olduğu pnömoni ve solunum yetmezliği gibi ciddi yolu hastalıklarına neden olan bir enfeksiyon hastalığıdır. Klinik seyir; asemptomatik enfeksiyondan, hafif, orta veya ağır seyirli pnömoni, çoklu organ ölüme kadar değişiklik gösterir. Çocuk gençlerde genellikle hastalık hafif seyir gösterirken, bu yaş grubunda vakalar da bildirilmiştir. Asemptomatik olgular, komorbiditesi bireylere bulaş açısından önemli kaynak görevi görürler. Özellikle ileri yaş, diabetes mellitus, hipertansiyon, akciğer kalp hastalıkları bulunanlar ile transplantasyon malignite immunsüpresif durumu bireylerin riskli grupta yer aldığı şiddetli geçirebildikleri bilinmektedir. COVID-19 tanılı hastalarda, hastalığın ciddiyetinin erken tanınması agresif destek tedavisinin sağlanması hasta yönetiminin en noktasıdır. Bu makalede Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde pandemisinde erişkin yönetimi ele alınmıştır.
